Kalu vliegenreels zijn echt waar voor je geld!
De look is geinspireerd op de beroemde Vision GT Reel, maar
dan een beetje opgepimpt.
Het zijn precisie gegoten reels met een geseald,
soepel slipsysteem van rvs- en carbon-schijven. De
afstelknop is volledig machinaal bewerkt.
De Kalu reels hebben een zeer grote lijncapaciteit. Het #7/8
model kan gemakkelijk een #10 Big Fly vliegenlijn en 50 meter
backing van 30lb hebben. Zodoende zijn deze reels ook uitstekend
geschikt voor het vliegvissen op snoek en andere grote
vissen.
Kalu reels are real value for money. Their shape is
from our famous GT reel, just fattened up. They are machined
die-cast reels which have a sealed, smooth, drag system consisting
of stainless steel and carbon discs. The one-turn drag adjustment
knob is fully machined. Kalu reels can take more than enough
backing with a suitable fly line. Kalu now has four colours; red,
brown, black/green, black/ orange.

Changing the spool
To replace the spool, gently push the spool from the back of the reel outwards and it will pop out. Align the spool correctly with the reel and simply push into place until it clicks. The Vision Kalu Spare Spool is available in matching colours for the Kalu fly reel and is available in matching sizes.
